Remote Energy Healing Email Session: PTSD or Complex PTSD
This session is a gentle, effective way to help you begin your healing journey or to offer you support along the way. When you click “add to cart,” you will be given the option of selecting a focus for the work.
What to Expect
These healings are performed remotely, meaning that I work with your Guides on my own time and then send you the results. You will receive a summary of the work performed by email. Usually, you’ll receive your summary within a few days, but occasionally the Guides will have me wait for a particular beneficial moment, which can be up to a week. You also have the option of adding on an audio recording: an energy healing recording, a light language recording, or a guided meditation. These are generally 3-5 minutes.

Do I Need to Do Anything?
No, you don’t need to do anything at all to receive the healing! Because it is energy healing, it works regardless of distance or time. Everyone’s experience of receiving energy healing is different – you may not notice anything which is totally fine, or you may notice sensations or physical release, and it can change from session to session. If you opt for an audio recording, you can listen to it whenever you want to connect to the healing and it will be just as effective as the first time.
Can I Get More Than One?
Certainly! You can purchase the same session or specific focus as many times as you like, whenever it feels right to you. Each time you’ll receive a completely new healing session that will help you move further along your path towards wholeness.
If you get multiple sessions with the same focus in one purchase: I will work with your Guides to schedule the healings at the most beneficial times, and send you the results when they’re ready.
If you mix and match sessions with different focuses in one purchase: I will let your Guides decide whether to to combine them all together or spread them out.
